By using NEST services, you agree to the following:

1. Appointments

• Sessions must be booked in advance via our scheduling system or through your therapist.

• Please arrive on time; late arrivals may reduce session time.
  
  

2. Payments

• Payments are due at the time of booking or no less that 48h prior to the time of the session. Failure to make payment within this timeframe may lead to the session being offered to another client.

• We accept payments via our secure online system.
  
  

3. Cancellations and Refunds

• Please give at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations.

• Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee.

4. Service Limitations

• Our services do not replace emergency medical or psychiatric care.

• In crisis situations, please contact emergency services immediately.
  

5. Liability

NEST is not liable for any loss or damage arising from use of our services beyond reasonable care.
